Our literature section meeting on February 14th has made a change of venue. The meeting will now be happening at the White Mountain Library.
GFWC Women’s Club of Sweetwater County recently presented a check to Hospice of Sweetwater County. We donate 10% of our holiday house raffle proceeds to a charity of our Holiday House host’s choice. The rest of the proceeds from the raffle, crafts, baked goods and entry fees will go to help with our grants to WWCC and many other donations throughout the year.
A heartfelt congratulations to our book grant recipients for the Spring of 2023 semester at Western Wyoming Community College. Each received $250 to go towards furthering their education. Dream big, scholars! Skylee Gomez Madison Wilson Jerra Lester

Must be between ages 14-16. Please have the student complete BOTH the WCSC and the Whiskey Mountain Conservation Camp Application forms. Additionally, a parent or guardian must complete and sign the Release and Memorandum of Understanding portion of the Application. Congratulations to Womans’ Club member Brandy Potter for her graduation from the Climb Wyoming Program. A ceremony was held on the evening of December 12th. Proud club members attended to support her. Brandy becomes the second member of our club to graduate from the Climb program.

Members decorated the tree at the Rock Springs Historical Museum with decorations from the Club collection stored at the museum. The members decorated trees for many years at the two Rock Springs Libraries but now decorate one at the museum.
