The Women’s Club of Sweetwater County extends a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the 2024 Holiday House. All our love and gratitude to Kobli McKenzie, this year’s hostess who graciously allowed us the use of her home for this beloved and worthwhile annual event.
Club members today had a great time decorating trees for the Rock Springs Historical Museum. The decorations were made by club members years ago and were originally used to decorate trees at the Sweetwater County Library System. The club has since transitioned to using these decorations to beautify the museum during the holiday system.
The club welcomed Marlene Tesdel as a new and valued member today! Congratulations Marlene!

Thanks to our generous members we have $250 in gift cards and about $400 in snacks and miscellaneous gifts for the American Legion Christmas buckets to donate.
Women’s club of Sweetwater County thanks to the generosity of BAB Investments was able to complete their project of placing a bench dedicated to veterans by the veteran’s columbarium in the Green River Cemetery.
Our Annual Holiday House fundraiser will take place December 6th from 4pm – 8pm and December 7th from 10am – 2pm at the home of Mike and Kolbi McKenzie, 2616 Driftwood Lane, Rock Springs, Wyoming.
Our club received a donation of 20 hand crocheted baby blankets, which we donated to the OB ward at Sweetwater Memorial Hospital.
Our club donated food we collected in September to Loaves and Fishes Soup kitchen today. Thanks to all who donated.
Our club recently donated movie night popcorn basket to Golden Hour Senior Center in support of their Oktoberfest raffle!
