Our ladies celebrated Kentucky Derby style at the 2024 Power of the Purse!
Club members recently lent their support to the fundraiser for the McKenzie Home, a place that will shelter single mothers and help them get training be successful.
In addition to donating a basket, members of our club attended to directly support the bingo fundraiser to raise money for the family of a recently fallen police officer in Sheridan, Wyoming. Club members were happy to support this noble cause and help out this family in need.
This year’s annual Holiday House fundraiser will take place at 518 Deer Creek in Rock Springs at the following times: Friday, Dec. 1, 4:00pm – 8:00pm Saturday, Dec. 2, 10:00am – 2:00pm Admission is $5 per person, children under 12 get in free! Crafts, a Bake Sale, and over 20 Raffle Items will be available! Raffle drawing to take place Dec. 2 at 1:00pm.
Tickets for our annual Holiday House Raffle will go on sale November 1st. Tickets cost $5 each, or 6 for $20. Contact a club member to purchase your tickets today! See all of our wonderful baskets pictured below!
Club members supported the 2023 Power of the Purse event to benefit Hospice of Sweetwater County.
For this year’s Advocates for Children week, our club gathered donations of items for children in foster care. Thank you to April Dittman, this year’s Junior Special Programs chair, for organizing this donation!
