The Sweetwater County Library Foundation is hosting a Fun Run/Walk on Aug. 11. The run will start at White Mountain Library at 9:30 a.m. and end at Rock Springs Library on C Street. Register in advance at any of the libraries or starting at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the run. The cost is $20 per person or $35 for a family of up to 4 people. After The Budweiser Clydesdale’s Downtown Tour (1-2pm) Rock Springs, WY – Western Wyoming Beverages is working with the world famous Budweiser Clydesdales to make beer deliveries around Downtown Rock Springs on August 2 and everyone is invited to watch. The famous hitch will begin their route at 1:00 p.m. sharp from the parking lot at the top of the M Street underpass (located at the corner of Broadway and F Streets), heading down Broadway Street. Mark your calendars for our summer picnic, August 4. Louise Bellamy Richardson is spearheading this effort and I hope many can attend. Additionally, October 6 will be our fall workshop in Laramie.
