Meet Mushu. Such a loving Mastiff that had to be surrendered. Both Marcia Volner and Leslie Jo Gatti fell in love with Mushu as they stopped to donate $200 to the spay and neuter program at Rock Springs Animal Control. Some pets that aren’t adopted but sent to other shelters and rescues need to be spayed or neutered before being accepted. You can pick a specific pet to help or just donate to the cause. Members of Women’s Club of Sweetwater County stopped by the Golden Hour Senior center in Green River and the YAH senior center in Rock Springs to donate $250 to each centers care for critters program. These programs help support seniors who need to pay for veterinary visits and vaccines for their much loved pets. Donations of food have also been accepted.
